hey fellas,
i was wondering if any of you have replaced the grey strip on the tailgate. mine is about worn to the metal in several spots. i have really abused it, and it has held up well for 3 years of constant use. if you replced it, how much was it, and how big a deal to replace it. tia, Rich.

 

I replaced one on the '97 F150 I used to have a couple of years ago. They're easy to change-- just pull the old one off & snap the new one into place Cost was around $50.00 from Ford.
