Painting grille & tailgate emblems

Ive been thinking about doing this because my grille emblem like so many others is flaking off.

I work at a body shop and the painters would have no problem spraying these for me. I am just not sure how i want to go about it.

I was thinking of having the emblem painted to match the 2-tone paint of my truck. Something like the beige as the lettering and the brown as the body of the emblem. I can have the paint mixed up to match as closely as possible. Then spray it with some clear and bake it.

I have access to a pretty good paint stripe guy who comes in to the shop all the time. Maybe have him do some kind of cool border around the emblem or lettering.

What do you guys think? Would you utilize the stripe guy and have some sort of design or border on the emblem or lettering or would you just go with the 2-tone only? Or would you just do something different all together?
