Painting Chrome Bumpers

I have Lariat chrome bumpers now and I wanna go with white bumpers bad. Ive tried to trade but with no luck so how hard would it be too paint the chrome bumpers? Whats the best way to go about doin it?

From: malvern,arkansas
have them either sand blasted or media blasted then drop them off at your favorite paint shop and they will paint them for you.

powder coat em

Mine were Chrome and I had them painted just make sure there sandblasted and it will be good

or if you want to do it yourself and think it will be good enough for you. search for my thread on how to paint chrome. its not in the tech articles. (the one that is in the tech articles is not with rattle can and mine is)
