what year is the truck
i have a 95 f150 that came with it. all it was on mine was a strip of plastic that was riveted to the bumper underneath, so i just took a sharp knife and cut the plastic around the rivets. so if i was going to change it out for a different one i would just drill out the rivets.
he is mine with the valence off

id look into the fabtech lightbar it has a big skidplate and goes infront of the bumper/valance
