Got an unusual question...

Anyone ever put an F150 front end on an Expedition of the same year. If so what's involved - I know the hoods are different, and the fender/lights look different as well. I want to know if it's pretty much a bolt on process, or if sheet metal modification is necessary.

Here's the reason for the question. I have an 04 Expedition, that was in an accident, that pulled off one of the front fenders and the whole bumper and grill section. I'd like to make the Expedition more of an off road rig, and want to put one of the heavier aftermarket bumpers (available for F150) on the front of the Expedtion - the problem is the bumpers for the F150 don't fit on the Expedition because of the one peice front end. Also, I think the F150 has a more aggressive look to it.

Thoughts?....

i've seen an expy front end on a f150 in one of the truckin issues might can research the issues might help see what mods they did i'll see if i can find that issue also
