Has anyone ever installed rear seat head rests in their trucks? Mine came from the factory without them and I would like to install them if possible. I have rear seat passengers occasionally and I don't like their heads up against the rear glass. I once witnessed an accident where a semi rear ended a pickup without rear headrests and the rear seat guy's head went right through the rear glass and damn near decapitated him. If anyone has any ideas, I would love to hear them. Thanks.
