headlight adjustment

1997 F150, how do you adjust headlights down. I see a small threaded shaft, but what kind of wrench ?

Counterclockwise to go down and vice versa. Should be a 4 mm.

Since the 80s you will find that most bolts and nuts are metric anymore on US made vehicles. It just happens that SAE will generally work also.
