I was looking at ordering a new lower valance for my truck. I would never order from LMC truck because they're soo overpriced, but this is the look I want.

Is this a 4wd valance? I've seen it on some trucks & expeditions but jus dont know what it is. Also, does anyone have the one with no fog light holes or tow hook holes? Are these valances paintable since they have that rough texture? thanks

 

'99 - '03 4WDs come standard with fog lamps. You can paint it and maintain texture, or get rid of the texture by minor sanding and priming.
