Rubber around windows

Is there a way to fix the rubber siding around the windows if it is faded (turned whitish maybe oxidized??) or do you just have to replace them?

thanks for the help (and i tried to search but wasnt really sure what I was looking for!)

There is dyes and polishes for trim. Go over to the Care & Detailing section and run a search on "Trim Protectant".
