Inner Fender Removal on '99

What involves removing the right hand inner fender on a '99 F-150 2WD? The inner fender itself ripped free of 3 of the mounting bolts, and I think it's a bit of a driving hazard so I'd like to replace it as soon as I can. I'll take some photos of the damage (well, not really damage) as soon as the camera's batteries charge up.

normal sockets. the only special one i used was an uncommon size, 5.5mm 1/4'' drive on my 03. neither 5 nor 6 would work, or a U. S. I'm not too sure if everything would be the same on a 99, but its pretty self explanatory.

I had to remove one at work because I had to install a new exhaust manifold on the right side. Just pop the fender flare off it has one. Then all you need are a couple sockets, panel popper for those push clips and I think i needed a small torx bit. Pretty simple.
