well with mods anything is possible! But really the 4x2 to 4x4 is very hard and $$$. Now with the proper mods you can make your 4x2 look great and have a stance like a 4x4. Just add a coil spring spacer and a 3" body lift and some 285/75/16 tires and you will sit pretty much level and right up there with a stock 4x4. If you really want and need 4x4 (if you dont need it dont get it uses more gas plus more maitnance) I wish i would have gotten a 2wd but it wouldnt last a week with me! But the easiest way (actually very difficult) would be to get the transmission from a 4x4 along with the transferr case From a F150 97-03. Then get a dana 44 or dana 60 and go SAS straight axle swap. This will be much easier than trying to do the IFS. It will however have alot of custom fab stuff and alot of custom vacuum lines and such!

Now on the Cab! It would be unique but youd have to first get the donar cab from another truck unbolt in but make sure you keep all the hardwear. Now you will have to take off the crew cab and check cab mounting brackets... if they dont line up (probably wont) then you will have to cut them off and weld them to the frame where they need to be! Id recomend taking all the body mounting brackets when you take the new Super Crew body just incase you need more! Also im not sure but the frame of the Super Crew Might be longer than your Crew Cab if so then you will need to cute the bed down to fit on the frame... while taking in account that the wheel well is matching the tires. The front end would have to match with the tires also!

Here are 3 pictures. A & B are top brackets and C & D are bottom. A&C would be on the passanger side and B&D are on the driver side

from the looks of it the bottom brackets wil go on the inside of the frame... mine are on the outside. The top brackets look to go on top of the frame but there really isnt space up there for them!

Well it's goin on. Changed some things though. The top brackets became the bottom brackets, and looks like the bottom ones are going to be discarded. Have to make new ones for the top. It'll look good when done. Get that done and then need to get the lights for it. Make night into day. lol Thanks for the input though.
