Help please?

I recently took my truck into have tint put on the windows. I leave and shortly after, I recieve a call from the tint shop guy. He tells me that my windows will not roll down with the door open. Is there some kind of plunger or something I can check to solve this problem. I have an 05 lariat screw. Any advice would be greatly appricated. This is the first time I have ever herd of this happening to a Ford.

Never heard of that either..........is it all windows or just that door that is affected.........maybe something electrical?
Have you had an electrical work done recently? If windows work while doors are shut and don't when they are opened, sounds like maybe a problem in the wiring, maybe short in wire somewhere when door is open?

That is what I thought as well but it was on all doors. Its not the end of the world I guess but I would rather have it fixed.

I would too!!! Kind of weird, maybe someone else with a little more expertise can suggest something.....

Just a thought, you know how the radio/aux/etc. stays on when the ignition is off and truck is parked, and then goes off when the door is opened.......the windows are acting the same way, like they are tied in to the aux or another system that shuts off or something I don't know, just a thought, don't know how or why that would have happened........

I will have to look in to that. But I am not sure because I would even have the truck running and could not get it to roll down with out the truck door being closed. And thanks for the help.
