06 Rear Bumper Install on 05

06 Rear Bumper Install on 05
Hello all. I recently backed into a poll and dented my Bumper on my 05 KR F150 4x4 with the trailer hitch. I purchased a replacement bumper but it came off an 06. They appear to be thwe same but on the 05 the mounting brackets are up and down while the 06 and up are forward to backwards. Can anyone tell me If I can make this fit and or what I will need? Thank you. Lance

The rear bumper on my truck was from an 07. I had to drill the holes in the top part (under the pad) for the bolts to go through, and it was tight going over the hitch, but it fits, you can't tell it doesn't belong, and it all lines up correctly. Hope this helps.....
