Replacement Mirror Assembly

Gidday, Today my 05 XLT F150 had the r/h mirror removed by a truck while parked on the side of the road. I've looked at the "Ford Parts Suppliers" Taska, getfordparts and Bob Utter etc and Im a little confused

They say:

Collision Catalogue
.... Front Door
.... .... Mirror Assembly
.... .... .... Electric
.... .... .... Manual
.... .... .... Power
.... .... .... W/Puddle Lamp

Now heres what im guessing:

Electric = Fixed housing with electric adjustable glass.
Manual = Fixed housing with NON electric (manual) glass.
Power = Electric housing that folds in/out and electric glass.
W/Puddle Lamp = Power + lamp that shines down when door is opened???

Now heres another question:

Can I fit the "W/Puddle Lamp" to my XLT (I assume I will have to run seperate power etc)?

Is the "W/Puddle Lamp" the Matt black / textured type or PTM?

Can anyone please change my to a

thanks in advance,

Brent

Since most '05/06 parts are the same thought I'd throw this in:In looking to replace my stock '06 mirrors for ones w/ signal lites & having just asked the dealer this week, I know they are available. What shows in description is electric, puddle lights,non-heated. The puddle lites double as the rear-facing signals. They run between 170 & 260 from a Ford dealer and generally have to be ordered from the parts depot-takes 1-2 days max.

this sucks

i can't find a replacement power mirror w/ turn signal and heat anywhere. for a quick fix i can find flat black manual fold ins for about 60 bucks but i'd rather put the ones on that i want. any ideas anyone? tasca doesn't have them.
