Removing/Replacing factory handles

Does anyone have or know where I can locate instructions on removing/replacing the factory handles on a 2006 F150 SuperCrew? I have a set of painted handles I just got today and want to install them this weekend.

I was able to find the tailgate instructions but not the doors.

Thanks.

More Help

So I removed my handles and put on the painted ones but I have a few questions?

1) the rubber seal that is on the back side of the handle and gives the adhesion is that something you can buy? or would running sometype of liquid gasket letting it set up and then put the handle on work? Do I even need to be worried about it?

2) one of the screws on the handle has cam undone and just spends when I try to take the nut off on put it on. I can't draw it up that tight? What can I do?

If there is someone with experience on either one let me know. Thanks!
