I have a 2000 Lincoln Navigator that I would like to upgrade the headlights on. I purchased a pair of the larger Navigator headlights from a 2006 Navigator and I’m planning to install them on my truck. I recognize that this is not a direct replacement and that the job will be a total customization.

I have a solution planned for the differences in wiring but now I’m hoping somebody has comments on the fitment of the new larger lights into the smaller openings. Has anybody done this before? Can you point me to where I can get help on this project? I would appreciate any comments you have and thank you.

 

not sure if it is possible to make bigger lights fit into smaller opening, and if it is i don't know of any kit available, but you could ebay those lights and buy direct replacements that will fit. here is a link to a site offering the replacement lights, these may even be better than the ones from the 06 nav, i have never seen them in person, but have been heard they look like lights from euro sports car. want them for my 00 f150 but can't afford them.
