Help with my front bumper

I got into a minor fender bender and it messed my front bumper up a little. If I were to order one online, would it be difficult to replace myself? Or, should I take it to a body shop? I don't have much experience working on my truck. It's nothing major but it bugs the heck out of me. Please help!

How difficult it will be will depend on if you have help, they are not light and are bulky, and whether the brackets mounting to the frame have been bent.

Yeah, I'd have help. On one side there appears to be some bending. I imagine this complicates things?

If the mounting brackets and/or frame are bent, then the bumper will not bolt up. The brackets would have to be straightened or better yet replaced.
