Has any one put a moon roof on there reg cab? I have seen universal rag tops, but will eventually leak hear in texas (and not in a garage). I have also seen a hole cut and a plexiglass piece screwed and caulked in. I will also redo the headliner.

Personally, I would NOT attempt to install a moonroof myself. I have looked into it and there are too many unforeseeable problems aside from leaking... However, I have looked into getting it done professionally, and although it will cost me $1100.00 I can be assured it will not leak, as it will be installed by the same people who install them for dealers... Do a thread search on moon roofs, and you will find one with a link to a company whose moonroofs are installed professionally with damn good warranties, as well as a list of authorized dealers in your area...
