Angry Dings in Roof!

Unfortunately, it seems that I may have placed some dings in the roof of my 03 F150 by sitting on it as I wiped excess wax off it. (I'm fairly short in height, 5'3'', and it is hard for me to reach all the way across my truck since it is a 4x4.) They're not as deep as dents, but you can see/feel them. Do you guys think I may be able to pop these out w/ a puller, or am I looking at refinishing my roof in a body shop? I'm a perfectionist and this really pisses me off! I honestly did not think that being the fatass I am (140 lbs) I could ding up the roof of my truck... This sux!

Have a paintless dent repair guy do the work for you. You will be amazed at the results and their prices are very reasonable.

you might wait till summer and see if the sun pops them out. I had one of the roof from a flying horse brush thrown up by another vehicle and it popped out. then paintless guy if it doesn't.

X2!!!

Believe it or not, go to the most expensive body shop in town and they will be able to do the paintless dent removal for you. The only reason I say that is because some other less pricy shops will tell you it either doesnt exist or it wont work. Trust me it will... Also in my case they only get charged for a service call ($50) and I negotiated a few dents for just the $50.

It might sound expensive but if the dings really bother you like they bother me, this will ease you mind.

Good luck,

paintless dent repair uses suction cups and or special tools to "massage" the dent out without breaking paint. If there is a crease it won't work. but works wonders on small dents.
