I recently purchased a set of Ford running boards on eBay for my crew-cab. The seller did not disclose that they did not include the bolts / screws to attach them to the frame. Do any of you know where I can find those bolts / screws? I tried my local Ford dealership but they were of no help.

I tried going to Lowes but after buying $40 worth of bolts, washers, and nuts, I realized that there is no way to install them. I guess you have to use Ford's bolt kit.

Any help you can provide will be much appreciated!

the stuff you need is J clips and the bolts that will fit them a J clip is simply a ....... it would be hard to explain...i can get them at work drop me an email and we may be able to work something out.

My truck is an 2006 F150 SuperCrew 4X4. I have the standard Ford running boards and see where to mount them, I just don't have the right clips, bolts, etc. to mount them to the frame.
