Removing rear badge/emblem, 05 supercrew

Removing rear badge/emblem, 05 supercrew

i know how to do it, iam just wondering if there is going to be holes on the body from removing it, or is it on there with adhesive?? not the center ford emblem but the F-150 emblem on the left side of the tailgate. anyone done this or know if theres holes behind that emblem?

Yes you will have holes behind all the emblems on the F-150, fenders too.

Welfare wagon, do you have any updated pics of your truck with the painted mirrors, mudguards and different grill? I have the exact same truck and I'm curious... also I recommend installing a bug shield painted to match the arizona beige... I've got TONS of compliments on mine since I installed it

Not yet I have everything back from paint but the mudguards. I had them painted once and didnt like the look with the texture so I have sanded them down smooth, primered and wet sanded, my friend owns a body shop and they are to be painted this week after Christmas and I will take all the pictures and post them all at once rather then one at a time, I have a few more suprises coming from Santa so until then I will show them all. Keep an eye out for them next week under 2004 and up forum.

I may pass on the bug shield, I had one on my last truck but I personally don't think it looks good on the new bodystyle especially with the Lincoln grill.
