2005 F150 Dash Panel reflection

Just delivered a 2005 F150 Lariat with tan leather interior to a new customer. He is complaining of the dash pad reflecting in the windshield to the point of being an irritant. Has anyone ever had this complaint and what did you do about it if anything. Thanks.

Definitely notice this on mine, but getting use to it after a couple of months. Can't think of anything to fix it, but I guarantee that some of that shiny vinyl protectorant will only make it worse.

A good pair of polarized sunglasses will take care of most of it.

yup, a pair of Oakelys polarized will get rid of all of it. Even if you armorall the dash you would get zero refelection with glasses.

Yeah, I have some clip-ons for my regular glasses, but I guess they are not as good as the Oakley's because it is still there; not near as bad, but still there.

I've never heard of such a complaint...

It seems to me that this would be something that the buyer will have to adjust to... I can't think of a logical replacement or maneuver that would help out honestly...

I experienced it in almost all my cars. For me it always happend going in the same direction around the same time of day.

Im not a big fan of dash covers but they would probably kill the reflection.
