What kind of truck do you have....makes it kinda hard to help but I can give you an idea. If you have a 97 or newer F150 4x4 you can adjust the torsion bars. All you need is a jack and a wrench to raise the one side up a little bit. If its an older F series truck the leaf springs could have settled a little bit and the same goes for the 2wd drives too (only coils in that case).

Actually, if you measure all cars & trucks, you will see that all lean slightly on the driver's side. More weight is on that side, even brand new cars & trucks have this trait. The question is to how much its leaning, if its leaning so much that you can easily see it without measuring, then you may have a problem.

My truck leans too. Check the rails the box sits on. On mine thay are cruched almost flat. it is the rails where the box sits on the frame. Good luck.
