I don't have the crack. Are there any pics can someone point me to them. I want to be ahead of the ball game incase my scab gets them.

Thanks for the reply. As it turns out, I do have a small crack. It is about 1/8" and not noticeable. Does it keep getting bigger with time? I am going to the Ford dealer to see what I can get. No warranty probably equals nothing. I also have rain gutter cracks that are more of a concern to me than the little door crack. Oh well, it could be an overpriced GM product although with the horror stories about Triton engine problems, I think Ford should have stuck with what they did good, which was 5.0/5.8 V-8.

Yes the crack will get bigger with time. Infact it probably grows slightly each time you lower and close your window. I have seen them over 2 inches long.
