Do you have Auto Ventshades? Sometimes they can cause abnormal wind noise that you are not used to if the tape is coming off.
Just a thought

I had the same problem but on the passenger side. It was the door seal. Try pulling the door tight as you drive and see if the noise goes away... if so, check the rubber seal that goes around the door to make sure it isn't creased, torn or out of place.

another way to find a wind noise it to put some masking tape on the door on different items at different times and drive when you cover the area it is leaking noise will change or go away.

Wind noise

I have the same problem. I assumed it was the ventshades. It sounds like a hollow plastic sound. I ordered a $50 set of Weather Tech shades. Then I pulled off the driver side shade breaking it in the process. I still have the noise with no shade on it. Today I put in a strip of 1/2 " weather stripping and it seems to have stopped the loudest of the noise.

Is this the windshield you're talkin about, or the drivers side window?
