Lam Cracks in Windsheild

Lam Cracks in Windsheild
Anyone else have small spider-web fine lam cracks in theirs windsheild? These things are small: A few inches, and only show up when the sun hits them at the right angle. There aren't many maybe six in the whole glass, but it's annoying. I can't help but focus on them while I'm driving...
Is this normal for a windsheild... I've never seen it before... Rocks didn't cause it. Noticed it shortly after buying but haven't yet gone to the dealer... Wanted other info first. I only have about 12k mi on the truck, a 2000 6cyl SC XLT. The cracks are getting longer, that's what has me concerned.

It appears you have a defective windshield and this is a major safety concern. If they are progressively getting larger your windshield may fail.
I don't see a problematic debate with your dealer concerning this. They should replace it.
