Post Interior Lighting?

Two part question here! Does anyone know if the Lariet package includes the interior courtesy lights near the floor inside of the truck (down near where your feet are) ?? And, could I add these to a 99XLT ? (thinking the wiring harness may? be there?? Thanks for the help.

Cool

I have never seen a Lariat with footwell courtesy lights. It is possible to add if you find a spot to hang them. You just have to tap into the courtesy light wires. There should be a black/blue wire in a harness above the emergency brake lever near the firewall. Just probe it to make sure you have the right one. It is "hot" when the door is open, then all you have to do is ground the other side of the lamp.

My '97 Lariat has lights on the front doors, under the armrest, those are the only courtesy lights other than the dome light that goes on. No lights in the footwell area.
