big al,
get a long screw driver (straight slot), push the driver mirror in, so the opposite side sticks out as far as it will go. You should be able to see inside behind the mirror. (a flash light may help) you will see a light gray tube, it is plastic (about the same roundness as a straw) this is attached to the mirror like a ball and socket, like your hip socket) carefully place the straight slot between the back of the mirror and the top of the plastic tube and twist the screw driver. The plastic tubing will "pop" out of the mirror. Now do the other 3 just like the first one, you will have to move the mirror around to see each one (4 in all). When all 4 plastic tubes are popped out, grab the mirror closest to the window and slowly pull it out. Don't worry it will "POP" out when enough pulling power is applied. Once it is out you have to pull those plastic tubes out from the mirror housing. (it may be tight, use a pair of pliers, be careful, don't break off the plastic little ball) Then flip your new mirror face down on a hard surface, put a soft towel under the mirror. take one of the 4 plastic tubes and pop it in the holder in the new mirror. I used a tiny bit of oil on the tip (ball) to it would snap in better. If it won't snap in (hands are slipping, poor grip) don a pair if leather gloves, works every time. With all 4 plastic tubes in place, align them up with the holes in the mirror housing, slide them in and when they are all slid in, "look" to see that the middle of the mirror is centered on the center ball, (use flashlight). then place one hand or palm in the center of the mirror (glass part) and place the other hand behind the housing, (as a support) and push like h*ll, it will "SNAP or POP" in place.
This should do it. Good luck.
