Hi I'm new here I have a 1998 Nascar edition I want to upgrade to a lighting bumper seen them on E-Bay thay said you just install it over your old bumper has anybody tryed this ? I also want to lower my truck any sugestions could use any info I could get, somebody said the 98 nascar F-150 was allready lowered I called the dealer thay were no help
