How do I eject the cartridge? Unit appears to have DC current as it makes a noise when eject button is pressed but does not eject. Was working fine until I put new CD's in unit that appear to be upside down. Getting a "no CD" prompt on head unit. Sorry if this problem is redundant but I'm a "newbie" here.
