I'm about to buy an amp; someone double check to make sure this'll work.

I have two MTX T8104 Thunder 8000 subs at 4 ohms each. I plan on getting a Kicker IX2302 which is 230x2 at 4 ohms. Would one of you wiring gurus check out the specs and make sure that'll work ok? Isaiah, I'm looking in your general direction.

Thanks, guys.

Yes it will work. Just wire 1 sub on each ch. You might consider a diff amp though. The Kicker is good, but its big. Go with a class D amp (Memphis, JBL, JL, Rockford, Kicker, etc, etc) The amp is smaller and more efficient. You can give those subs about 400w each and really pound! MTX 6500 will give them 375w each. JBL 600.1 will give them about 350w each and can be found on ebay for around $250. Good luck!

Thanks. I just realized how big that Kicker amp really was, but I'll make it fit if for some reason I can't find anything else.
