Does factory HU have AUX input ports?
I have a 2001 SCrew with the factory HU and the factory CD changer at the back. I'm trying to find out if the HU has any AUX input/ports, similar to an Audio/Video receiver (RCA jacks).
I recently found a good deal on a RioVolt that is a portable CD/MP3 player and it has a stereo line out. It will cost somewhere around $150. I want to keep the factory HU and CD changer, it will cost to much just to get an entire MP3 compatible HU. I don't want to use the cassette accessory from the MP3 player to the in-dash cassette.
I want to hook up the line out from the MP3 player to the AUX/ line-in of the truck's stock unit.
