were should i run the remote power amp thing to. the wire that turns the amp off when the cars off

 

If u are using the factory head unit try looking in the fuse box
for one that only has power when the key is on and tap into that.
If u plan on getting a new head unit they all have remote leads off the back of them .

 

When I was in school I would but a toogle switch on it. It took a lil more time due to the fact you had to find a place to mount it and make sure it looked good. Not just slapped in there dangling around. I would usally get on that would light up when it had a current flowing and not light when unused.
