When I plug in my Ipod to the audio jack in my 07 f150 it dosn't seem to play on the left side of my truck, this is new as about a week ago it worked fine. When I switch to radio or CD, it works fine, but as soon as I get to my Ipod out go the left speakers. If I change the balance to only left I can hear it but it is extremely faint, anyone know why this is happening?

 

Mine did that once but the plug wasn't plugged in the ipod all the way.

 

Yea, I figured that was what was wrong but I unplugged everything and tried it again and no bueno

 

Maybe its your aux cable. You could give the guys in the mobile installation bay at Best Buy a call. See if they can tell you anything.

Tried it in someone elses rig and it did the same thing. Must have just had a wire come unattached because I bought a new one and it works fine, I think I will plumb this one in better to prevent this from happening in the future.
