2009 F150 Stereo wiring?

My double din did not turn on, I think the harness is wired different but I can't determine what the other colors mean.
What does the:
RED/WHITE
BLACK/BLUE
GRAY/PURPLE
BROWN/GREEN
YELLOW/GRAY
do?

What is the smaller connection used for? Is it left alone when installing the double din?
