If I remove the factory radio is there enough room there to install an aftermarket radio and the dual-action remote control system from Rancho for the RS-9000 shocks? Has anyone done this yet?

Oh, I'm sure there would be enough room. If you have ever seen an afternmarket deck in an f-150, you will notice that most of them have open space, probably covered up, above and below the deck itself. There would probably be enough room! Good idea.....

The opening for the factory head unit is about 1/4" less than a double DIN size aftermarket unit, or 2 of the DIN sized units. This should give you an idea of how much space you have to work with.

The first thing you should do is go to best buy or car audio store and play with all the different radios they have find one that has the features you want, and you are comfortable operating. Some have big buttons, small buttons, no buttons, etc. Find something you like. After that shop around the net for the best deals. You can get some good deals on ebay if you know what you're looking for and what it's worth. Search the recent post. There is one that list a bunch of online stores, too.
