Verdict on cab vents
So whats the verdict on sealing off the cab vents behind the rear seats. I thought about just sealing off one of them, but I realized that would just make the other open even more. I dont want to do anything bad to my truck, they just let in so much noise. I have been driving around with my back seat out for a few days and you can hear everything though them!

Don't forget that those vents are very important to the truck. Not only do they let air in and out of the vehicle, they help to maintain pressure accurate pressure in the truck.
If you want to cover them try putting basic foam (like what is used in the rear of the truck to support the carpeting) to cover them up.

I remember when my dad got a new Ford
work truck when he started a job once. It was an 80 I think. Anyway, everytime you would close the door with the windows up,it would pop your ears
I guess this was before they had them.....I think I'll try it
,to see how much quieter it is,,,,98
