Post New CD Reciever

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with blaupunkt recievers. I am looking at the the Casablanca model. Just want to know how easy are they to install and how reliable they are and how well they run.

Thumbs down

IT"S MY OPINION!!!

There, had to say that first, because I'm sure somebody will tell me I'm wrong...but...

I'm not a fan of Blaupunkt products in general. Their name is a holdover from the days when they were a quality product, but they ain't much of anything anymore. For the same money you can buy a "generic" (sony, panasonic, jvc, etc) deck...and get a big start towards an excellent deck (alpine, kenwood, etc).
Before the flames begin, i didn't list those in any order, I don't work for a car stereo company (anymore), etc etc etc...
Powerstroke, if you'd like some more specific information, lemme know. That deck in particular doesn't have the greatest specs, but mostly is a little high priced for the quality.

My credentials? Yeah, they're right over there....
