Sound deadening is the key part missing to your install. You want it to sound good? Deaden the crap out of the doors, rear wall, seal the vents, and maybe even the floor if you wish.
Oh, and processing.

Suggest? And a site to buy it at would be great as well. How do I seal up the vents and can I ask why its a good idea to seal them off? And the last question what kinda processing do u suggest
I would say 12ga. Leave the xovers on the back wall. 60ft is probably about right (if not a bit too much, better safe then sorry).
Touche.
Agree completely.

same question applies to you then lol
Any particular deadening you

sorry for the noob like questions but this is the first more sq orientated system i have done normally mine in the past have been good on the meter but not sounded so good lol
Learn from my mistake. You can seal the vents if you want to, but it will cause a whistle if you turn on the fan. My biggest mistake was removing the OEM vents. I ended up having to buy new ones and reinstall them which is darn near impossible without taking the bed of the truck off...and no I am not joking.
small change in plans my comp amp is now switching to zapco.
this one to be exact: http://www.zapco.com/prod/DC_Ref/DC_3502Frame.htm
doing that to help with the processing talked about a few posts up that amp does everything this processor does:

gotta love when you got friends that are dealers haha
I sealed my passenger side rear vent completely and half of the driver's side vent, and my fan never whistles as long as I dont crank it past 4 bars. It NEVER is past 4 bars for me, so its not a problem. The sound difference with them sealed like this is WELL worth it, reduced exhaust and tire noise big time. I didn't remove my vents, i just sealed them up. If i ever want to, I could remove the seal and it would be stock again. But that wont be happening.
As far as deadening, if you can afford it, go with Damplifier Pro from Secondskin. If you are on more of a budget, Raammat BXT from Raamaudio is also a quality product yet more affordable. I've got some of both in my truck.
