My 2000 F-150 was a demo. The sticker said it only had the AM/FM Cassette stereo installed at the factory. The dealer swapped this out for the AM/FM Single CD Player. My question is....is this radio the "Premium Sound" system? In addition, do the Ford radios have an external amplifier, or is it built into the radio itself? Thanks.

 

Yes, it's Premium Sound. I think Ford also has another one with tape and cd. Believe it's an internal 20w amp.
