I have a 1986 F150 flareside. The problem is when the engine is running I have no problem playing the radio, but when I play a tape I get a whinning sound from the speakers, I suspect it is the wiring harness creating a ground hum through the tape head. I have tried different grounds, changed the plugs and wires, nothing seems to work. Please help, I can't take listening to the radio anymore.
