I have a 2000 F150xlt with factory am/fm-cd player. I am thinking of putting in a tape/cd changer and may be sell the original cd player. Would anyone buy that? and what kind of price can I expect.

 

I recently sold mine in the F150 online auction board for $105 plus shipping. I had a pretty good number of bids. hope that helps

Would you possibly be interested in a trade? My Lightning has the OEM AM/FM cassette deck that also controls the 6-disc CD changer. I've been looking at getting a OEM AM/FM single-cd player that can also control my changer.

2000 Ford F-150 Lightning

 

Let me just make a note on this thread. I purchased rjousuf's CD player after he upgraded. I sent him a check, he shipped it to me in a very timely fashion and it arrive and works perfectly. I just put it in this evening and it was as advertised. It works perfectly.

He is alright by me. If you ever have reason to do business with him he is honest and trust worthy.

FYI: I purchased the radio puller thingies from Wally Mart for $3.97. It pops the radio right out and the new one plugged right in. Took me two minutes!

Sorry Dirtslinger! I really wanted you to have it. The person who eventually bought it kept me hopping with questions and doubt's. I really should have let them go to someone else and sold it to you but I was going on the "first come, first served" theory with it and it just kept dragging on. I thought they were going to back out and you were next but...

I wish it had worked out. They spoke for it right up front but then they kept asking more questions and it finally consumated but it was a little weary for me. I understand why someone would be leary of dealing with internet friends so I was patient as I could be. Maybe too patient? They bought both the Gibson ST and the Super Chip together and got a great deal. $300 for both!

Hey... if I ever get another deal going you will be the first to hear, OK?
