I have a 99 SC with the factory radio and cassette player. I was riding with a friend that has an Expedition with the Factory radio and cassette with the CD Changer. I like and am used to this basic set-up and was wondering if I could install the same set-up in my F-150. I am not really concerned about the high quality systems mentioned on this site as much as having the cassette/CD option without having to cut and hack my dash up.
