Post Installing a DoubleDin

I'm going to install a Kenwood DPX-600 in my truck but was told it was a lot of work to install. Does anyone already have this model installed, or the DPX-400?

BTW, if I were to sell my stock AM/FM CD Stereo, what do you think would be a good price to sell it for?
