Audiophile Problems

My truck is about a week old and I had the audiophile option added to it. Since they installed the sytem my voice on the navigation system no longer broadcasts. You cannot hear the voice at all. The radio gets quieter as normal when the voice would come over the speakers, but you can't hear anything. Also my line in plug where my ipod goes now has terrible sound. You can hear it but even turned all the way up it does not get loud at all. Last but not least with the radio at half way (which is loud as heck to me) the radio starts cutting out and in. If you turn it down it stops. I think this is due to the amp getting too hot. When I touched the amp I had to jerk my hand back due to how hot it was. Anyone have any problems similar to these? I am taking it in tomorrow and leaving it with them. I was just curious to see if anyone else has had these problems. Kinda P's me off to pay the kinda money I did and have so many problems. Also I forgot to add the amp is under my driver seat so ventilation should not be the issue.

Well I know you guys were really concerned, but seems that my brand new amp was bad. They claim to have all the other problems fixed. Going to get it sometime tomorrow afternoon.
