cuz when i mess with the alarm, the light on it starts blinking

what kind of alarm system is it? maybe its just the light that blinks to let people know that theirs an alarm activated but that would be a weird place to have it

it has the alarm one ontop, but then that one there, i have remote start, can it be that?

might help if you describe it better, is it a button, a ****, or simply just a light?

Hey...thats my button...stay out of my gallery...j/k....I am guessing something to do with factory alarm...which I dont have so not sure why it is in my truck

It should be for your remote start. Do you have a aftermarket alarm also? Probably for the valet function and to enter programming mode. You should also see a on/off rocker switch under the dash somewhere also. That is the safety override for the remote start for when someone is working on your truck.

lol.. thanks guys
and well ontop it has that light and on the bottom it does have a button u can push, i have factory alarm and factory autostart.
whenever i activate the alarm it blinks, and i still have no clue what it is??

The one on the right is the gas. I'm not sure what the one on the left is for.

Could be a "Wife-Mute" button. Oh....if there was ever one made. lol

Looks to be something for an alarm system. Does the alarm activate using the OEM fobs? It looks like the add-on alarm stuff that I have to yank off when I put my systems on. I have a box of those things.
