I just got a Samsung Upstage phone that plays MP3's and is Bluetooth capable. I am trying to find out if there is a product (bluetooth receiver) that will allow me to use the aux on my factory unit ('04 supercab) to hear what my phone is playing.

I have read this thread but am still unsure if this would work for MP3 purposes.

Any help would be appreciated.

Well I got it figured out (I think). I'm going to use a Scosche UBCK sans transmitter coupled with a PIE. Just ordered them both, if it works I'll post some pics of the install.

How about a bluetooth headunit?
Sony makes 'em.

I considered purchasing a new unit, but I really wanted to keep the stock 6 disc in dash head unit and make use of the AUX.

Plus with the help of ebay I did this for $80 saving over $200 !

I didn't take any pictures of this because it is very simple. I tapped the grn/yellow wire on the head unit for switched power on both the PIE and Scosche UBCK and used the ground off of the cig lighter (blk wire)

The hardest part was searching online for the Scosche UBCK bluetooth PIN number to be able to use my phone instead of the transmitter that it comes with. So for anyone else who is interested in this mod the PIN# is 0000 that's it just four zeros.

The Scosche UBCK retails for $150 and the newer model retails for over $200, but they run about $30 on ebay, you can also use this for your ipod and be wires free and get better sound quality than an FM modulator.
