ipod connection

what is the best, proven way to do a direct connection of my ipod to the ford factory stereo system? i have the 6 disc changer in the center console.

also, how do you access the underneath of the console? is there an access panel of some sort?

I am wondering the same thing? THe 2007 have a input on the tray on the dash to plug in to. Of course I have an 06, I was woundering if that could be added.

For now I have an FM tuner, which works ok,but I would rather plug in direct.

sure

2000 f150 supercab with six disc changer in the center console. all factory.

i'd like to hook an ipod directly into the system, but i don't know how to access the underside of the console and i'd need to do that at some point most likely.

most of the direct connection options out there force you to unplug the disc changer.
