Wiring Issues

I have a 1981 F-150 that had stock everything as far as audio goes. I installed a Kenwood CD/Radio and some extra speakers. I had to jump the constant power wire from the cigarette lighter to keep my clock/presets because all that was in the dash was a hot, ground and left/right speaker wires. My problem is that whenever I turn on my headlights, the radio loses power. As soon as I turn the headlights off, the radio kicks back on. Any suggestions?

Hard to tell without looking at it, however probably the easiest thing to do would be to get power from somewhere else. There has to be another constant inside the cab/dash somewhere that you can tap into, or else just run it straight to the battery.
