I'm not familiar with the Commander, but I have my Roady2 and iPod 60g connected to the same PIE AUX adapter in my 04 Lariat with Audiophile. Both use the 3.5mm headphone jack with a 3.5mm-to-RCA audio cable into the RCA inputs on the PIE AUX adapter. Are there any output jacks on the Commander--mini headphone or RCA? You would need these to plug into the RCA jacks in the PIE adapter. PIE also sells a multi-imput adapter to plug into the AUX adapter. If there are no output jacks, I am not sure how to get around FM modulation with the Commander.
